Shipping Info

For Mexico City & Metropolitan Area.
Once the purchase is confirmed, there will be an agreement about date and time of delivery between both parties. Once the date and time is confirmed, a mobile phone number will be requested for the costumer to follow the delivery path of their items, and will be sent a code for them to get access to their package. Delivery on the same day the item is shipped.

Para Ciudad de Mexico y Área Metropolitana:
Una vez que la compra sea confirmada, se llegará a un acuerdo sobre la fecha y hora de entrega entre ambas partes. Una vez que esto sea acordado, se pedirá un número de celular para que el cliente siga la trayectoria de la entrega en tiempo real, y se le mandará un código para que pueda serle entregado el paquete. La entrega se hace el mismo día del envío.

For Rest of Mexico & Rest of the World:
Once the purchase is confirmed, there will be an agreement about date and time of delivery between both parties. Once the date and time is confirmed, a mobile phone number will be requested for the costumer to be contacted by the messenger in case necessary, and will be sent a guide number for them to get access to the delivery trajectory. Delivery takes about 1 week later after the item is shipped.

Para el resto de México y el Mundo:
Una vez que la compra sea confirmada, se llegará a un acuerdo sobre la fecha y hora de entrega entre ambas partes. Una vez que esto sea acordado, se pedirá un número de celular para que el cliente pueda ser contactado por el mensajero de la paquetería, en caso necesario, y se le mandará un número de guía para que pueda tener acceso al estado del paquete. La entrega toma aproximadamente 1 semana después de que se envió el paquete.

Return Policy

Returns:
• in case the item was damaged during the delivery process.

Regresos:
• en caso de que el artículo haya sido dañado durante el proceso de entrega.

• in case the item is delivered and the costumer changes their mind regarding the purchase.

Regresos no aplicables:
• en caso de que el cliente ya no quiera el artículo una vez éste ya entregado.
